Adjusting spreadsheet for an academic year versus a calendar year

Hi, I am using the Google Spreadsheet to organize expenses based on an academic year versus a calendar year. I’m trying to figure out how to make the references work since it isn’t just one year that we are looking at. There doesn’t seem anyway to put multiple years in the Yearly Budget sheet?

This is definitely possible— it’s a spreadsheet after all— but honestly the yearly Budget isn’t built for this so it is going to take some detailed rework of the formulas.

If you unhide the cells after column AN, you will see the business end of the spreadsheet where all the actuals and budgets are tallied. It will take some challenging rework of this section to pull the right values then a little work on the visible area to pull the relevant columns based on the dropdown.

The Yearly Budget Sheet lets you select both a Year and Month to start the budget with. You could select 2024 for the Year and July for the Month and see July 2024-June 2025. Maybe that would help you out?
