Yesterday, my American Express feed switched over to open banking. Since then I have not be able to get current transactions and balances. The refresh process completes without an error but the balance isn’t updated and no transactions are coming through.
Hi @dminches an outage implies there’s a widespread issue but it may not affect all of the accounts at any given time. Connection issues can differ across accounts even for the same institution as there could be something particular to a connection causing it to break. Hope that helps.
