American Express Open Banking

Yesterday, my American Express feed switched over to open banking. Since then I have not be able to get current transactions and balances. The refresh process completes without an error but the balance isn’t updated and no transactions are coming through.

Has anyone else experienced this?

American Express is on the Institutional Alerts List with a ‘Technical Error’

That is odd since it has been working fine until the switch over to open banking yesterday. The issue listed opened on 8/29 but I have had no issues.

Hi @dminches an outage implies there’s a widespread issue but it may not affect all of the accounts at any given time. Connection issues can differ across accounts even for the same institution as there could be something particular to a connection causing it to break. Hope that helps.
