AutoCat has stopped working and reinstalling it does not fix it

Hello,

AutoCat stopped working for my sheet a few weeks ago. I have reinstalled AutoCat several times (with the installed successfully message), both with my previous rules and with 1-2 test rules. Both produce a red circle with an exclamation point in the Tiller console when I run AutoCat. There is no error message. None of the causes/solutions in the help article apply. Has any come across this before or are aware of a solution?
