Account Showing twice in Balances, Under a Group and under Ungrouped

Check out the Accounts sheet and make the appropriate changes there. You may also want to unhide the right-hand side of the Accounts sheet to see additional information.
It kind of sounds like maybe the bank changed the account name slightly or account number. If that’s the case and you just want all your data to reflect the latest account, then make those changes in the Balance History and Transactions sheets by filtering the columns and copying the latest Account/Account #/Account ID over the old - that will update the Accounts sheet accordingly.

Mark you are correct, I see the duplicates, so I understand that better, but i cannot seem to eliminate, clear or delete anything on the right-hand side to clear it up in the accounts section
Don’t change anything on the right-hand side of Accounts, that’s just for reference.
Change Balance History as I indicated and those changes will get reflected in the Accounts sheet.
