Banana Republic Rewards Mastercard Via Barclays

My Banana Republic Mastercard through Barclays was connected in my tiller sheet, but about two or three weeks ago, the login is no longer working. I deleted the account and attempted to connect it again with no luck.

Where do I need to go to reconnect this again?
