Bank accounts are NOT refreshing on Tiller portal - need some help

dear Tiller friends
i am well experienced with the tiller portal and the excel version. had good experience so far. BUT
as of few days ago NONE of my accounts have been updating on the portal.
that includes Chase, BoA, Amex, City…

i tried everything. and nothing seems to work. its been going on for 2 days. i tried messaging the support but i don’t think there is anyone there.

ANY advice will be appreciated. ALL my bank accounts show a small red triangle
