Bank of America and Morgan Stanley are NOT WORKING
@mikesalzberg, Bank of America had an outage as of end of Jan due to a site blocking issue (Bank of America was blocking our data provider from pulling data). This has been “resolved” according to our data provider but sometimes there can be lingering issues. I’d recommend giving it a few more days, checking the Outage Dashboard in case they re-escalate it as an outage.
You can see in the chart that the success rate dropped and the site failure rate went up.
As far as Morgan Stanley goes, you may need to reach out to our team via chat on that one and/or just try again after a few days if it’s a recent issue.
Worked just fine now.
