The BMW USA Finance feed never downloads data. It can be setup. When I refresh it prompts for an authentication code which I receive and type in. Then it just spins and eventually stop with a Technical Error message. It has been this way for months.
Have you opened a ticket with customer support (using the chat window in the bottom right of the Tiller console)? Folks on this forum–as helpful as we try to be–aren’t going to be able to diagnose and address issues with individual institutions.
