I have my budget numbers entered into several categories in column E in the Categories Tab. They show up in column F in the Monthly tab, but not anywhere in the Yearly budget tab. I have January 2021 selected on Yearly and Monthly and E:1 in Categories shows 1/1/2021 in the formula field. It is a brand new spreadsheet I created a few hours ago.
