Category Tags in Google Sheets

For some reason my category tag drop-down in Google Sheets is not loading for new transactions. Any help with this?

Hi @patmrogers,
Are you referring to the dropdown options for the Category or Tags columns in your Transactions sheet?

If the dropdowns don’t appear in the Category column, you can add them to the entire column by selecting all the rows in the Category column except the top header row and adding the Data validation to List from a range: Categories!A2:A

I’m not aware that there was a dropdown for the Tags column, but you could add one by selecting all the cells except the top one in the Tags column. Then add the Data validation:
List from a range: 'Tags Report'!A9:A
