Connection Issue with Institution - Chase in this case

I got hit with the error message several times when I set up a new account. It was a timeout error saying security information was not entered in time.

The account did not get set after many attempts.

The message from Chase talks about entering security info. But, I had entered them promptly and it got logged in with showing all the accounts. That means it was connected. The message came up at the time of data gathering.

How do I connect the account? It is frustrating.
