Costco - duplicate and incorrect transactions
My wife and I share a Costco account… We each have our own Citibank credit card with Costco, with different numbers. She is primary on the account. Each time we update our transactions in Tiller, hers are posted correctly. However, each of mine is posted once correctly, and also again against her credit card number. So we end up with two transaction records in Tiller for each of my single transactions, with one of them incorrectly reflecting her card number.
Ideas?
I had this happen with one of my cards. I wound up just syncing the card that had all the transactions attaching to it. Not ideal (but not awful either—it isn’t very important for me to be able to distinguish who is behind the transaction), but I suspect it’s just a clunky interface with Yodlee that is unlikely to get fixed anytime soon.

I would reach out to support on that one, i have the same setup with costco citi card and wife on it as well and haven’t had that problem. Support may be able troubleshoot the data and get it fixed.
Thank you both. FYI, my problem happens when I am syncing my wife’s master account. It doesn’t let me select just one card. Plus, I need both of them.
But it seems my problem is rare. So I will try the support route.
