Credit Card Transactions Not Populating in Foundation Spreadsheet

When I go to https://my.tillerhq.com/ my credit card is listed in the “Connected Account Summary” and also for the “Linked Spreadsheets”.

But, my Foundations spreadsheet is not picking up the transactions for this credit card. How do I fix this?

Is the account successfully refreshing on the console page? Getting the data into your transactions page is a two-step process–refreshing and then filling. Just trying to figure out at which stage there is a problem, so we can help diagnose how to fix it.

@ryan12 This also happened to me recently. It was updating my bank and 2 credit cards but not my AmEx cards. I unlinked the spreadsheet and reconnected it and now it is working great, it also imported the missing transactions. I was experimenting with some things so I am pretty sure it was my user error that caused the glitch, but happily I was able to fix it.

The credit card doesn’t appear to be updating on the main page. My primary bank has chequing, savings and credit. I update all accounts together, and the main page shows this bank as being updated.

The chequing and savings are showing the correct balance on the main page. The credit card has a balance owing, but it shows the balance at $0.00.

The Google spreadsheet on the “Balances” tab says the credit card hasn’t been updated for >120 days. All of the other accounts are showing they were updated today.

Based on this, I would say the problem is at the refreshing stage.

I looked at this but didn’t find anything helpful.

I tried the un-link/re-link and it didn’t help.

I would suggest you work with the support team initiated through the Chat at first. They should be able to investigate your situation further at this point.
