Csv import issue with Amazon purchase history data

I am attempting to upload my Amazon purchase history into a Google Sheet following the destruction of my home in the Palisades Fire. I am using the Import CVS Line Item Tool in the Tiller Community Solutions. The tool tells me I need to add a “Transactions” sheet and a “Categories” sheet, which I have done, and then the tool says that I need to add columns to each sheet, which is done automatically by clicking on the link. After that, I am given the option to upload the data. After several minutes of thinking, I end up with a blank Google sheet with the exception of the column headings. Can anyone help?

Just to clarify are you using the Import CSV tool with a custom Google Sheet and not a Tiller Foundation Template?
