Date filter stopping short in Amazon CSV import tool

I’m having an issue where the End Date filter in the Amazon CSV tool stops short of what is available in the transaction record CSV from Amazon. By several months, in fact. I can open the file and see that current data is there, but the tool does not see it.

I’m not sure if this is a coincidence, but the End Date on the filter stops just before the beginning transaction in my Foundation Template transactions sheet.

Troubleshooting I’ve tried so far without success:

  • Multiple browsers
  • Chrome in private browsing mode
  • Multiple copies of the CSV from Amazon

I have run the tool once in the past successfully. I’m probably missing something simple, but I can’t see it for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible that the more recent line items have already been pulled in by the import tool? The workflow tries to identify only new transactions when it performs an import.
