When I fill the sheets, it pulls in all the date correctly except the date. It misses the date and does not pull a date at all. How do I fix this? Has anybody else had this issue in the past?

Can you double check that the word “Date” is in row 1 in the Date column? I’m actually surprised you don’t get an error when trying to fill the sheet if the header keyword “Date” is missing, but let me know if that’s the case.
