Overview
I modified the Debt Payoff Planner template to include a lesser-know debt payoff strategy called Cash Flow Index. The formula considers how efficient a loan is in terms of providing cash flow. Less efficient loans have a lower cash flow index number and should be paid off first to provide for more monthly cash flow.
