Debt Payoff Planner payoff dates keep changing on reopen

Hello, I am using the Debt Payoff Planner and it recently started having problems with the payoff dates. I’ve tried deleting and re-installing the planner, but I am having the same problem. When I first install the planner, it works fine and gives me accurate payoff dates for all my accounts. However, when I close and then re-open my template it has new dates that don’t make any sense. I noticed that the formulas disappeared in all of the rows except for the first account (row 16), and the rest are replaced with just a text entry for balances and an incorrect payoff date. Any ideas what might be happening to break this sheet when I re-open it?
