The transactions for my Fidelity credit card (Elan) seem to have stopped about 8 days ago according to both the Tiller console & what I see in my spreadsheet. The bizarre thing is that refreshing the account from the Tiller console completes with no errors, and the balance shown DOES reflect all the recent transactions. Is there any way to track down why the transactions aren’t showing up?

That sounds like an issue with the connection and it’s not pulling data as it should. We can usually troubleshoot that with our data provider.
Thanks for the reply. After persisting for a couple weeks the issue seems to have corrected itself a few days ago. No idea what changed, but fingers crossed it’s not a recurring thing.
