Empower Retirement problems?

I’ve submitted a ticket and believe it’s being worked on but wanted to know if others are also experiencing problems with their Empower Retirement account balance information/transactions refreshing properly- if at all- with Tiller Money over the past week? Thanks.

Just to contribute here there are intermittent refresh issues with Empower Retirement-Your Retirement Plan as our data provider continues to work on the connection. Please keep an eye on the outages/alerts dashboard and contact support for any additional help.

Are you experiencing the same issue within Empower Personal Dashboard?

I don’t know as I actually ceased actively using their Personal Dashboard product when I began my Tiller Money trial (now a subscriber). The unreliability of maintaining paired connections and atrocious customer support caused me to seek a different solution.
I’d note the issue with Empower Retirement and Tiller Money has been resolved- for now.

The reason I asked is because Empower uses Yodlee too. So, you would experience the same refresh issue with Empower if the aggregator was having an outage.

I use Empower Personal Dashboard for tracking my financial investments as a client of Empower. I use Tiller for my personal budgeting. An outage with Yodlee causes me a lot of work to validate and reconcile the transactions once resolved. I haven’t tried pulling in Empower financial data into Tiller.

Which Tiller and / or community templates do you use for your retirement tracking?

At this point I’m using the Tiller “Balance History” sheet and a homemade spreadsheet I’ve used for over a decade to track retirement/financial holdings. I update this spreadsheet quarterly.
