Editing temporarily disabled, syncing offline changes error

It is stuck with this message and will not update. Internet works fine. I tried signing out of everything and back in. Also tried restarting my computer. The budget works in Incognito mode, but I would rather not use it in Incognito. What am I missing?

@catpatriciamorgan , I’d make sure your offline editing is disabled.
