I searched but wasn’t able to find any resources about this error. Every time I try to load my Health Equity account for the past 2-weeks, I get the message that there is a technical error at Health Equity. I’m not sure what to do but post here. Thanks for any help!
Health Equity is listed on the Institutional Alerts Dashboard, which means that Tiller and Yodlee are aware there’s an issue with that connection. Looks like the estimated date of resolution is October 15. In my experience, those estimates are sometimes, but not always, accurate. Sometimes things get resolved sooner; sometimes later.

Health Equity is one of those frequent offenders. I just let it ride and retry the connection every few days. It will eventually work again and then go down again.
The last time it pinged for me was 8/25, so I feel your pain. I checked institutional alerts dashboard about a week ago and it said that the estimated resolution date was 10/5, so I wouldn’t get your hopes up for 10/15.
The same thing is happening to me with Blaze Credit Union, formerly Spire Credit Union, and I keep trying every few days to connect. I know the weekend of Oct 4th thru the 7th they transition over to a new Core banking system. I do not see either Spire or Blaze on the Institutional Alerts Dashboards. Can you help me?
Hi. For problems with individual bank connections, the best course of action is to open a ticket through the chat window in the bottom right of your Tiller console. Nobody on this forum can see what’s going on on the back end that might be causing the problem. Tiller customer support can work with Yodlee, its data aggregator, to figure out what the issue is and hopefully solve it.
Health Equity has been problematic for me since I started with Tiller a year ago. Hopefully they can get it worked out but I’m not optimistic. I’m just glad that every month or so I’m able to get it to refresh when retrying randomly so it doesn’t get too far out of date.
FYI, I was just able to get Health Equity to refresh again!
I am still getting a message that there is a technical error when trying to connect to Healthequity. It has been doing that for 2 months.
Healthy equity updated for me 9 hours ago, but it’s typically not working for days at a time. You should have seen some updates in the last couple of months.
