Horizon Bank of Indiana - Technical Error

My main bank, Horizon Bank of Indiana, has had a connection error for more than a week. I reached out to Customer Support on Monday and tried the steps the recommended, but it didn’t help. I replied and have been waiting for a response since then–almost 48 hours. I sent another message a couple of hours ago and have not received any kind of response–in fact the chat says “Not see yet.” Not sure why this is happening, but it’s frustrating.

If I delete the account and then re-add it, will it mess with my transaction history?
