How do you manage pre-tax contributions/expenses?

Hi,

New to Tiller. Still figuring it out. How does everyone manage pre-tax line items? For example, contributions to a 401(k), HSA, and similar. How do you account for your pre-tax income (rather than have the post-tax income that comes into your bank account and is picked up by Tiller) so that you can have a clear picture of gross income, witholdings, pre-tax contributions, etc?
