I heard about upgrades that have been implemented for Google sheets in particular pertaining to about a 30% improvement for calculations which i feel like my sheet is particularly heavy on. Is anybody else with large datasets or maybe not but seeing performance improvements?
I read this news too and was wondering the same. Hopefully, users will see some improvement from this. I don’t know how immediate this gets rolled out. Did you receive a browser update? I have not yet.
I don’t keep track of it too closely so I’m not sure if it has or not. I’ve also been mostly away from my computer for a while and haven’t been updating regularly like usual so i was just curious if it’s something i have to look forward to. I’m hopeful!
Also found this blog post and it seems to have taken immediate effect.
I checked the help/about google chrome which updated me from Version 133.0.6834.160 (Official Build) (64-bit) to Version 133.0.6943.54 (Official Build) (64-bit). I don’t see any release number associated with the posts but would assume the improvements are included. Time will tell.
