I’m trying to access the website, tillerhq to refresh some accounts and it just keeps refreshing indefinitely with a blank screen.

Clear cache and try again. Alternatively, try a Private Browsing session. Also, if you have a VPN, I’ve noticed issues with using Tiller.

For some reason tillerhq dot com does not work but my.tillerhq dot com worked

I don’t think the outage has anything to do with your browser. I just tried to access tillerhq.com and it is not loading either. I’ve never had trouble with it until now. It is 9:23 AM PDT Sept 24, 2024
UPDATE: I can access the dashboard using my.tillerhq.com as well.

As of 10:04 am PDT, I can access tillerhq. Looks like they got it running again.
