Latest transactions haven't pulled from Chase

I’m a new user and Tiller is not pulling a significant number of transactions from my Chase account. A significant number being 20-30 going back to mid-October. If Tiller does not reliably pull transactions, I question how effective it is as a expense tracking program.

I’m frustated that expenses that have cleared my credit card 3 days ago are not being downloaded to Tiller. Please advise.

FWIW, I’ve also noticed a delay in cleared items from my Chase credit card populating in the the Transactions sheet lately. For me, it’s been rather recent (within the last week). Normally, after a transaction moves out of the “Pending” designation (on my Chase account) it lands in my Transactions sheet the next time I fill the sheet. However, lately, the balance for the Credit Card updated, but the 6-7 latest transactions did not appear, even though they were listed as “cleared” at Chase. About 24 hours later, those transactions did eventually appear.

I was thinking (hoping?) this was a one-off, but the same thing just happened right now. Balance changed, but the 3 latest transactions didn’t pull. If the pattern stays consistent, I suspect they will show up sometime in the next day or two.

But, a bit odd. Definitely different behavior than before.
