Hi @Scott.t, I’ve started a new topic here for this issue because it’s not a service outage.

It sounds like, based on both of these, that you’re signed in to multiple Google Accounts in your browser. Try both of these from an incognito browser session.

If that works, I’d recommend creating a dedicated Google Chrome browser profile.

Heather, you were correct. This was caused by being signed into multiple google accounts in the browser.
