I reverted my google sheet to the previous version to resolve this:
FYI: my data update fetch around 4:30pm today pulled several 1000s of old transactions into my sheet as duplicates. Might want to hold off on data refreshes until this is resolved.

Too late for me. 3071 duplicate transactions now. Someone mentioned reverting to a prior version of my spreadsheet but I don’t know how to do that?
I got 1000 duplicated transactions across multiple accounts.
Is this a known issue?
Is reverting to a previous version of the sheet the right solution? Or is hidden data stored somewhere that makes that an unsafe operation.
I saw the same thing. There was also a message from Heather in my sidebar apologizing for a bug that was introduced. She said to revert to an earlier version, which I did. However, when I tried filling sheets, all of the duplicate transactions reappeared.
UPDATE: It turns out that I didn’t revert back to an early enough version. I tried again, reverting to an earlier version, and things started working again.
It’s nice to be part of a group !
1155 dups according to the duplicates tool. Let’s see if revert/fill gets me to the same spot.
ETA: Reverted to a version early hours of 21st. Ran the fill – no dups !
