Missing Transaction Data

Hi everyone,

I tried searching but couldn’t exactly find the answer. Does anyone know why I would be missing just a couple things off of my transaction log this month? I’ve had Tiller for almost a year now and this is the first time I’ve noticed it happening, but with that said I have blindly trusted it to a point.

This month I had a larger than usual transaction when I put an extra amount in both of my kids’ 529 plans. For some reason, only one of the transactions transferred over to Tiller (and oddly, only one of the reoccurring amounts transferred in as well, when I have had both automatically set with no problems for the last year). I’m not sure if all of the sudden Tiller for some reason thinks it is a redundant transaction or what, but like I said, it only accounted the amount for one of the children and not both.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @jw7, you might want to edit your post topic and put 529 in the title. I have seen other posts related to 529 usage. Changing the title might help others that have 529 plans setup to offer some help. Additionally, you could also reach out to the Tiller support team.

I’m one of those 529 folks, but this sounds like something quirky with Yodlee’s connection to whatever institution manages your 529 rather than anything about the 529 per se. I’d check in with customer support.
