Has anyone been able to get the MyBMW feed to work? I keep getting errors after providing the security code. Maybe it is timing out?

Check the Institution Alert Dashboard to see if it’s a known issue. If it’s not, your best bet is to get assistance through the chat feature in the bottom right corner of your screen. If they can’t troubleshoot they’ll create a ticket for it.

I am having the same issue and have been for a few weeks. It has been 28 days since my last successful refresh and I have tried many times. I can log into the site with no issues, so I know my login is good.
