Does anyone else have issues refreshing Novo Bank in the last ~7-8 days? I checked the outage spreadsheets, and it’s not listed as an outage.
Usually, it has synced well and consistently (throughout the last ~4-5 months), but I’ve been having issues this past week.
Wanted to reach out and see if this is isolated or widespread.

I’m seeing that there are two separate search results for Novo bank. Novo and Novo Bank. I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via chat if you’re still having issues and they can help you troubleshoot. You may have better luck connecting to the other search result and they can help you understand which one you’re currently trying to aggregate under.
