Opening a new account under a Bank already in Tiller stops feed?!

Not sure if this is related, but I opened a new account with Civista Bank, which is already in our Tiller accounts.

I see that our transactions for that Civista Checking account seem to have stopped coming in. The only two line items since 8/2 are the two transactions for funding the new account, but additional issues abound:

  1. the interest payment on the Savings is showing in both the checking account and new account
  2. There is now no account # XXXXXX6777 for my actual checking account (can’t recall if it had before).
  3. Many withdrawal transactions are positive, as are deposits.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
