[Resolved] Outage: Customers unable to sign in (November 16, 2021)

As of November 16, 2021, Tiller is experiencing an intermittent service outage related to Google Cloud network issues with the following impacts:

We will provide updates here when we’ve confirmed the issue is resolved.

I was able to sign in but received this message:

Oops! Something went wrong.

Most likely the default Google account signed in to this browser session is not the one you used to subscribe to Tiller.

Thanks for the update @mikesalzberg ! Regarding the default Google account error you’re seeing in the Tiller Money Feeds add-on sidebar, here’s some context:

We recently made some upgrades to the Tiller Money Feeds add-on that require you to make sure your Tiller-subscribed Google account is the default Google account OR that your sheet is shared with the default Google account (as long as you trust or are also the owner of this account).

You can also address this behavior by using a dedicated Google Chrome browser profile for Tiller where you’re not signed in to other Google accounts.

This troubleshooting guide has more information on these upgrades and steps on how to make sure Tiller works seamlessly for you going forward.

This outage is resolved! You should now be able to log into the Tiller Console without issue
