Update @ 7:52AM EST - our data provider indicated this was resolved as of 8:11PM EST on Jan 16, 2025. Note that you may want to completely quit and restart your browser to confirm that it’s fully working for you. If the refresh pop up window is loading properly (not seeing the TypeError: cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘open’) error) please write to our support team via chat for help as this is probably just a standard refresh error they’ll need to troubleshoot and not due to this service interruption.
Update @ 7:07 PM - as of 6:20PM EST our data provider indicated they’ve identified a fix and are working to push that out. We hope that’s within the next few hours and everything is good by the morning.
Update 3:56PM EST - just received another update from our data provider at 3:51PM EST noting that it’s still 4 hours on their ETA for the fix so this is being pushed out.
Update @ 3:47PM EST - our data provider noted at 1:45PM EST that their target timeline for the fix was 4 hours from that time so approximately 5:45PM EST. We have not received another update since then.
As of Jan 16, 2025 2:02PM PST our data provider has reported an active incident they’re investigating where the refresh/add account modal (“Fastlink”) is not working. Since this is in our data provider’s hands we’re unable to fix it, but we will post an update when we have one from them. Since this is a critical feature we expect them to fix it quickly.
Impacts:
When refreshing, seeing error: "my.tillerhq.com say "TypeError: cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘open’)
When refreshing, seeing error: “technical error at undefined” when attempting to refresh
if helpful: I just refreshed (manually) through TillerHQ and all the accounts I tried worked and refreshed fine (earlier was getting errors), so might be fixed now.
hi @JasD ! In Tiller Money Feeds it’s the Fill, on the Console it’s the Refresh. The Refresh is not working.
Our data provider indicates that it’s intermittent so it may work for some people sometimes.
Latest update from them is from 6:20PM EST indicating that they have identified a fix and their ETA is 2 hours. We expect it to be working by the morning. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It’s hard to tell if it’s only being noticed now and spans the entire year? Perhaps you can try to Fill a test sheet and see whether the same transactions are missing?
The transactions are still missing after creating a new linked workbook. When I manually download the transactions as a CSV from USAA they’re all present.
This specific issue is resolved so it wouldn’t be the cause of your problem. I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/
