Separating Basic vs Discretionary expenses in Spending Trends

Is there a way to label transactions as either basic or discretionary so that when we use the Spending Trends tool, we can simply toggle off the basic expense category if needed?

If you look at your last 7 days near the beginning of the month or at any time, it can become skewed by your utility, hoa, insurance payments, etc. And realistically, those are not things that most of us are evaluating weekly.

That way the spending trend tool could be useful for discretionary tracking as well as opposed to tracking the entire budget, which is not always the goal short-term.

Since this is a new sheet i don’t know of a way to do this but this is a good idea ive thought the same thing a out the skewed large expenses that are fixed in my budget.
