Setting up new template... not importing transactions; but account balances are OK

The transactions of one of my accounts are not being imported.
I know that the account is properly linked because the balance is correctly imported in the Balances tab.

How should I diagnose the problem?

Just to give another option besides a feed issue, since this happened to me, I’d just verify that your transactions tab isn’t being filtered. If you once filtered the sheet for a specific account or accounts and excluded one account, you might have found that you forgot to unfilter as I’ve done and tried to troubleshoot before realizing the easy fix.
