Support is not answering

I have asked support twice. The first time they answered after a couple of days. This time Tiller cancelled my subscription although they charged my credit card at the same time. But support remains silent. That is not only substandard that is absolutely lousy.

Generally, we try to get customers a first response within a couple hours. Subsequent or follow up responses can take a day or more depending on our volume and our billing team is offline on the weekends.
