Synchrony - Care Credit not linking

Hi, my Care Credit - Synchrony account isn’t refreshing but my other Synchrony accounts are. I’ve tried being logged into Synchrony site when doing the refresh but Care Credit won’t link. Instead, the Tiller Feed says “Technical Error at CareCredit (Synchrony Bank).” Maybe I should just manually enter this one account? I just don’t understand why this one Synchrony account won’t refresh but my Prime Store and 76 Card do refresh.

This is a perfect candidate for asking Tiller customer support for some help. Unfortunately, it’s hard for any of us on the forum to know what the issue might be, but customer support can see what may be happening on the back end.
