Tag category and tag manager sheet creation error

Hello,

I looked through old topics but could not find something similar. I tried adding the Tag Category and Tag Manager to my Google Sheet and both give the error:

"“Service Spreadsheets failed while accessing document with id 1IX50MBRj0sEK6Eo2eGQLRDPreDhAoccyDrWvYlAbRvE.”

I’ve not seen this before. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi @nightskiier79 Can you try to sign out : Extensions > Tiller Money Feeds menu options.

Alternatively do you see the four horizontal lines in the lower right corner behind the chat bubble? The bubble is kind of in the way in the screenshot, but if you can click on that menu icon and then see if you get the Log out option.

Then try launching Tiller Money Feeds again using an incognito/private browser session and try adding the templates again. If that works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache before trying again in a normal browser window.
