Receiving the “Technical Error at…” message when I try and connect to my bank Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. I am able to log in to their website.
As this one isn’t on the Institutional Alerts Dashboard (at least not yet), I’d recommend contacting customer support through the chat window on the bottom right of the Tiller console. Not much that anybody in the forum is going to be able to do to diagnose what might be the issue with an individual institution. Contacting customer support is your best bet.
