Tiller Money Feeds sidebar Not Loading

The tiller money feeds sidebar will not load or run anything. I’ve tried on multiple browsers. I’ve logged out and back in. I can’t get it to load, no transactions for a few days, etc. I’m sure it’s some sort of easy fix… but I’m not sure what to try next.

I’m having the same issue since yesterday.

I submitted a ticket. They had me record my screen and they are looking into it.

Same issue. Tried all the fixes recommended in the other thread.

I have to say that I am getting REALLY frustrated with this issue. I hope it is a high priority. It could be the issue that turns me away from Tiller.

The Tiller Money Feeds Sidebar is still not loading. I’ve tried all the recommended fixes in multiple different browsers. Linked accounts appear to “refresh” with the correct account totals but no transactions are getting categorized without the ability to “Fill Sheets”. Tiller Admin, we really need this issue resolved promptly.

Mine wouldn’t load this morning, either, but I managed to get it to work. My normal routine is to open my Tiller workbook from the console and then refresh all my accounts. Today, the only option in Extentions > Tiller Money Feeds was “Help,” (and that wasn’t helpful.) I then went directly to Google Drive and launched my workbook from there. All the Tiller Money Feeds menu items were available and my transactions and updated balances were all filled.

It’s working now for me. I submitted a ticket yesterday so either they fixed everyones or some folks or me. I think they manually signed me out/reset my dashboard because I had to log back in when I got on today. I had logged myself out previously but wasn’t able to get back to the login on google sheets.

It’s working for me as well today. I submitted a ticket on Tuesday, but haven’t heard back.

Would be helpful for Tiller folks to post some update.

Hello folks! :wave:t5: It appears to have been something temporary. We tried to advise all those who wrote in but we were unable to make any statements about it as the cause was unclear and most of you experienced it, the matter resolved itself. Thank you for your patience!
