Hi there, I am looking for a way in Excel to tweak the Monthly Budget View to a custom date range or quarterly view. I am using this to manage my P&L but would like to see month to date in the quarter, or a quarterly view. I saw others asking for a similar feature but couldnt find a fix.
Please advise.

This doesn’t work. I need the variance by category, meaning showing the budget, actuals, variance by each category and line item. The Monthly budget does that great. I just don’t have a way to group 2 months or a quarter with how the workbook date was built.

@karl.czyz @heather If budgeted amounts were added to the Spending Trends worksheet next to the actuals, wouldn’t that do it?
