Tiller Won't Update in Excel

Yesterday my connection worked fine. Today it won’t update. I click check for updates and it stays gray, never pulls anything to fill. I have this problem with one spreadsheet but I tested on another spreadsheet and it fills transactions fine. On the spreadsheet I am having problems with I have logged out and logged back in, disconnected tiller and reconnected, closed and reopened the spreadsheet and nothing resolves it. I opened the debugger and see the following:

I’m having the same issue. Just noticed it about 20 minutes ago. Replying so Tiller knows it’s not just an issue with your Excel spreadsheet. Will probably need to open a ticket tomorrow if issue persists.

I have a newer Excel spreadsheet, and it updated fine - in fact very quickly. It’s my primary (older) one that isn’t working as of today.

We’re working on it and hope to have an update later today or will roll back the changes from yesterday.
