Transfering our account to another member of our team

Hi there. I want to transfer our account to another member of our team. The account is currently tied to my Google login. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, Last time I looked into this, I would have had to cancel my current account and create a new one with the google account I wanted. I always thought if there was will to do it, it could be done without the hassle of canceling and rejoining - and recreating all of your syncs. I’d be interested in knowing what customer service tells you!

Unfortunately, I think that @jemmoa7’s response is correct, @eric2, but your best bet is reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/.

Thanks all. They confirmed they’re no way of doing this without starting over. :frowning:

Hi @eric2 @jemmoa7 indeed as the system currently is a new Tiller account would need to be created and bank feed connections re-configured but file data can be migrated. Sorry for the inconvenience nonetheless.
