Troubles with importing Amazon Purchases

I’ve been having trouble importing the Retail.OrderHistory.1.csv file for the past few months. I do all the steps (and am doing them correctly because I’ve used this feature - the old and new version - for years), but it gets “stuck” on the upload where it says Analyzing line items history…
Sometimes it’ll work after 3-4 tries, but this month I’ve tried it about 6x and it’s not working. And by “try” I mean I click upload, let it sit on Analyzing line items history (sometimes for hours), and then refresh the page, try again.
Anyone else having this problem? Any fixes?

Interesting. When our add-on gets “stuck” for more than about 5 minutes it usually means there was a crash. If you right click on the sidebar, click Inspect (in Chrome) and check the console panel, you might see an error that would be helpful to us. Realize that there is a lot of cruft (warnings, long messages, etc) in there that won’t be related to the problem.

Personally, I’ve tried to import from that data source recently. It worked for me but I was disappointed that it didn’t seem to be recognizing the already-imported transactions. I’m not sure if Amazon has changed their data format. Hoping to look into that in a few weeks when I finish current work.
