Troubleshooting Tiller Money Feeds

Hi! We just switched over from YNAB this month. I’m noticing some issues with our automatic transaction imports from our bank and credit cards. Some things are importing twice, and other things aren’t importing at all. Is this a known issue with a known fix?

I’d recommend reaching out to support@tillerhq.com directly about bank feed issues, we’ll be able to more efficiently help you.

A couple things that come to mind are that you may need to re-authenticate the accounts regularly from the Tiller Console if you have two factor authentication to get the data pulled from your bank and available for the Tiller Money Feeds add-on to pull in (via clicking “Update sheets” in the sidebar).
