Truncated data coming from Salal Crediti Union

Hi, the transactions that are imported from Salal Credit Union are truncated resulting in incorrect information being displayed. For example, the description is truncated vs. what I get when manually downloading transactions. Also, the Amount is truncated leading to an incorrect dollar value e.g. $12 (shortened value) vs. 129$ (actual). Is this an issue with the bank or something about how Tiller takes the info in? Any remedies on my end?
