Is there a problem with Venmo update. The refresh never completes after the feed is complete and the date never changes.

Looking at the Institution Alert Dashboard I see that it shows that Venmo has an outage.

Reading from the Using the Institution Alert Dashboard help page Technical Error means: “The site is down temporarily and you will not be able to refresh or connect”.

Yeah, Venmo has been down for a few weeks. It just started showing signs of life the last few days. It spins for a long time, but it does eventually seem to sync transactions.

Circling back, Venmo seems to be working again, but it is one of the slowest refreshes

Yeah, fwiw, I think it’s actually a little faster now after this last outage than it was before, but still slower than most others.
