I can’t seem to download any new transactions unless I refresh my Wells Fargo account. Is that normal?
Wells Fargo should have automatic refreshes as it’s an open banking enabled institution.
However, the automatic refresh schedule is usually about once every 36 hours. So it might be that you’re not waiting long enough for the institution to automatically refresh.
I’d recommend watching it over about a 48 hour period and see if it automatically refreshes. On the Tiller Console under Account Summary it will tell you how long ago it last refreshed.
There is a requirement to click the “Fill” button in the add-on/in to fill the data into the spreadsheet, which is separate than the refresh step.
